Your purchase and the store

LoncBuun™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Chensu Trading Co., Ltd.. These conditions apply to purchases at loncbuun.com. When submitting an order, you acknowledge the purchase conditions and the other store policies made available to you.

Choosing products

We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability and prices. Minor color or appearance differences may result from lighting, display settings or normal manufacturing variation. Genuine mistakes can be corrected and information updated when needed.

Order review and payment

An order may require checks of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk or legal restrictions. We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel an order for failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity or legal restrictions. If collected payment relates to a canceled order, an appropriate refund is returned to the original payment method.

Transactions are processed in USD. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. By providing payment details, you confirm that they are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Delivery, returns and changes

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. U.S. standard carrier transit is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains costs, tracking, international delivery and help for delayed or missing parcels.

Eligible goods have a 30-calendar-day return window after confirmed delivery. Contact us for authorization, the correct return address and instructions before sending anything. We aim to inspect an approved return within 5 business days of receipt, then issue an approved refund to the original method within 1–3 business days after approval. Payment-provider posting time is additional.

Request cancellation or modification within 12 hours after purchase. It may no longer be possible after processing or shipment preparation begins. The Return & Refund Policy contains the full eligibility, cost and cancellation rules.

Offers and permitted activity

Promotions may specify eligibility, exclusions, minimum spend, expiry or other published conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively. Products and services must be used lawfully. Fraud, unauthorized resale schemes, payment or promotion abuse, interference with checkout and other illegal activity are prohibited.

Liability and the version that applies

To the extent permitted by law, LoncBuun™ and Guangzhou Chensu Trading Co., Ltd. exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss arising from website use, an order or a product. This does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities.

Revisions are published on this page. Unless the law requires otherwise, the version in force when an order is placed generally applies to that transaction.
