We aim to answer inquiries within 1–2 business days. Include your order number, checkout email and a clear explanation; add relevant photos or videos where helpful.

Delivery and missing parcels

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Estimated U.S. standard transit is 5–12 business days after dispatch. Methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Fulfillment may use our operations or appropriate partners depending on stock and destination.

When tracking is available, allow approximately 48 hours after label creation for initial carrier activity. Contact us if updates stop for an extended period, delivery significantly exceeds the expected range or a parcel cannot be located. A “Delivered” status does not automatically prevent a claim. We may ask you to check your delivery area, reception, household members, neighbors or local carrier while the facts are reviewed.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Ask for approval, return instructions and the correct warehouse address before sending goods. Do not automatically return to our business address.

Customers generally pay preference-based return postage. Confirmed damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution without the customer bearing the reasonable return cost caused by the issue. Approved eligible returns carry no separate restocking fee.

Our inspection target is 5 business days after receipt at the designated facility. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval; provider posting time is additional.

Ask for an order change or cancellation within 12 hours after purchase. It cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, preparation or dispatch starts. No separate cancellation fee is charged merely for submitting an eligible request.

Payment and privacy

Checkout shows the payment services enabled for your location, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or other supported methods. Transactions are processed in USD.
